Course Cancellation & Refund Policy

Force Concepts Training and Consulting (FCTC) is committed to offering and hosting the most professional training programs available today. To ensure the successful delivery of these programs, we have established a clear cancellation and refund policy.

All cancellations require written notification. Acceptable transmission methods include email or the U.S. Postal Service. Upon receiving the written notification, refunds will be issued, minus a $35.00 processing fee.

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled start date of the training will receive a full refund of tuition, minus any applicable processing fees.
  • Cancellations made within 15 to 30 days of the start date of a scheduled training session will be eligible for a 50% tuition refund, minus the applicable processing fee.
  • Tuition will be forfeited for cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the start date of a scheduled training course.

No-shows or failure to provide written notification will lead to the forfeiture of registration fees.

Any special arrangements made for presenting the tuition payment on the first day of training remain subject to the cancellation/refund policy. If this courtesy is extended to the registering party and they do not attend as scheduled, they will still be responsible for the tuition payment.

We understand that emergencies may arise that could prevent scheduled attendance. Therefore, with proper notification and approval from the FCTC administration, anyone enrolled in a course may apply their tuition to another scheduled training course. Emergencies such as active military duty orders, death or serious illness in the immediate family, court appearances, and significant organizational emergencies will be considered.

A fee of $35 will be charged for checks returned due to insufficient funds. Refunds may take 4 to 6 weeks for checks and credit card payments that are over 120 days old.

Submitting a course registration form indicates that the registering party has read, understands, and agrees to the cancellation/refund policy.
